We're Serving You, Better

People and Culture is a new, unified division that centers service of our people at the core of its mission and strives towards institutional excellence.

Why We’re Moving Forward

The division of People and Culture is driven by the university’s broader efforts to streamline processes as part of its strategic plan, Transformation 2030, goals recalibration and institutional preparation for full ten-year accreditation. Changes are informed by years of employee feedback for people-centered practices in employee services and well-being. The division launches on July 1, 2026.
