Faculty Appointment Procedure

Purpose

This guide outlines the process for completing the 2026 . This form serves as the primary tool for managing faculty employment under the Research Foundation.

Scope

• Compensated PIs: Principal Investigators (PIs), who are 91传媒厂 Faculty, receiving compensation through the Research Foundation must follow this process for any project-based employment, pay adjustments, or additional appointments.
• Form Initiation: The Project Director (PI) must submit this form to hire faculty or modify existing project-based faculty employment.

Use this form for:

• New Hires: Appointing a 91传媒厂 faculty member, PI (themselves) onto a project for the first time.
• Employment Changes: Updates to pay rates, project allocations, or extensions.
• Additional Appointments: Adding new roles or duties to a faculty member's current active with the Research Foundation.
