Asha Weinstein Agrawal
Asha Weinstein Agrawal is a professor of urban and regional planning and director
of the Mineta Transportation Institute鈥檚 National Transportation Finance Committee
at San Jos茅 State University. Her research includes transportation policy and planning,
encompassing transportation finance, planning for pedestrians and bicycles, travel
survey methods, public opinion research and transportation history.
She holds a doctoral degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
